June Lee graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma and subsequently obtained a Masters of Architecture. With nearly 30 years of experience, she has worked across a diverse range of project typologies in both the public and private sectors.

Her core strengths lie in multi-disciplinary design coordination, large-scale project management, contract administration and the delivery of complex developments. She is deeply committed to achieving high-quality design outcomes and is known for her meticulous attention to detail.

Notable projects include Sengkang West Bus Depot – Singapore’s first multi-storey bus depot designed to support large-scale electric bus deployment – as well as the NTUC FairPrice Hub, which integrates a bus interchange and is seamlessly connected to Joo Koon MRT station. June has also contributed to award-winning public housing projects such as Waterway Cascadia and Alkaff Vista.

Joanna Lim is a Registered Architect with broad experience across a diverse range of projects in Singapore, spanning both the public and private sectors. Her professional expertise encompasses architectural design, contract administration and project management.

Joanna has a strong interest in sustainable design and is actively deepening her capabilities in this field. She is also an engaged member of the architectural community through her involvement in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) sub-committees.

Her project portfolio includes contributions to award-winning public housing developments such as Waterway View, Hougang RiverCourt, Costa Grove and Kovan Wellspring.

Teo Tse Ji is a Registered Architect with a breadth of experience spanning various project typologies and stages – from early concept design through to construction and handover. Her work is anchored in a strong commitment to universal design, environmental sustainability and long-term maintainability.

With a keen interest in developing innovative and contextually responsive solutions, she seeks to integrate thoughtful architectural design with practical project requirements. Tse Ji places a strong emphasis on close collaboration with consultants and contractors to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated and faithfully executed throughout all phases of a project.

She has contributed to a number of award-winning public housing developments, including Fernvale Dew (a D&B PPVC project) and Garden Waterfront I & II (a D&B Construction Transformation project).

B. Arch., Member of SIA, RIBA Chartered Architect

Mdm Chin Hang Ping joined ADDP Architects LLP as a partner since 2010. Before joining the private practice, she worked in the Housing & Development Board (HDB) for 25 years and subsequently joined the HDB corporatised company – Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd for 7 years.

Mdm Chin possesses diverse skills and experiences in architectural design, master planning and urban design. She was involved in several HDB public housing and overseas township planning, design and development projects. She completed a wide range of projects from public housings, private residential projects to mixed development, office, commercial, civic, industrial and institutional building projects in her past 40 years of practice. She is currently serving a committee member in the Board of Architects.

B. Arch, M. Sc(Real Estate), Member of SIA, APEC Arhitect, ASEAN Architect

An Associate Partner with ADDP Architects LLP with over 20 years of experience in his field. He graduated from NUS School of Architecture in 1994 and further obtained a Master of Science (Real Estate) in 2005. He has been a qualified architect registered with the Board of Architects Singapore since 1997 and a member of Singapore Institute of Architects. He is also registered as an ASEAN and APEC Architect.

A certified Green Mark Manager, he has completed 7 Green Mark Platinum projects to date. One of his projects, Treehouse, has been awarded the World’s Largest Vertical Garden by Guinness World Records. In 2012, he was named Green Architect of the year awarded by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore. In 2014, he designed the first residential project in Singapore using Pre-Finished Pre-Cast Volumetric Construction to improve the productivity in the construction industry.

He is an appointed member of the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Board, Deputy Chairman of the Green Mark Advisory Committee and Universal Design Mark Advisory Committee. He is also an appointed member of the Singapore Green Building Council Board and REDAS Honorary Architectural Advisor.

B. Arch Australia, ASEAN Architect, Member of SIA

An Associate Partner at ADDP Architects LLP with over 23 years of experience. He leads a team of designers and architects in ADDP since 2002. He has a broad range of project types experience including commercial, mix use, residential, business park, industrial, infrastructure & transportation projects.

Markus creates compelling designs combining innovation, sustainability and practicality approach that involves the worlds first tallest Precast Prefabricated Volumetric Cast (PPVC) buildings. He believes transformational and inspiring design that allows practical integration that strengthens the creative forces of a project.

He is a registered Architect and ASEAN Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) and an associate member of Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA). He received his Bachelor of Applied Science and Bachelor of Architecture from Curtin University of Technology.

B. Arch, Member of SIA

Mr Richard Lai, a Senior Principal Architect at ADDP Architects LLP. He is a registered architect with the Board of Architects in Singapore since 2001 and an elected Member of the Council of the Singapore Institute of Architects since 2011. He has more than twenty years of working experience in the private sector, and was involved in the execution of a variety of mixed, high, mid, and low rise building projects both in Singapore and overseas.

He is an active member of the Architectural Fraternity which includes organizations like BCA, BCA Academy, SIA, Enterprise Singapore (Former SPRING Singapore) and Singapore Polytechnic, School of Architecture and the Built Environment.

B. Arch (Australia), ASEAN, MSIA, BCA Green Mark Manager

He is with ADDP Architects LLP with over 20 years of experience in this field. He graduated from Newcastle University (Australia) in 1994. He is a qualified architect registered with the Board of Architects Singapore since 2003 and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. He is currently registered as an ASEAN Architect and a Green Mark Manager.

He is involved in various award winning projects, the projects he worked in ranging from master planning, residential, commercial, mixed-use developments, schools, community club, industrial and commercial complexes in Singapore and Overseas. Together with the team, he conceptualizes and designs the Treehouse project which has been awarded the world’s largest vertical garden wall by Guinness World Records. He is also involved in the design of the first PPVC project (the Brownstone) in Singapore, which help improve the productivity.

B. Arch (HONS), M. Sc (Sustainable Building Design), Menber of SIA

Graduated from Curtin University, Alex continued to finish his M. Sc (Sustainable Building Design) from Nottingham University.

His forte is in tropical sustainable design, balancing Art with Technology and Form with Function. Thinking beyond the box by exploration of new Typology and integration of new innovation for the next Green + Smart Solution.

Graduated with honors from National University of Singapore in 1994. Through his career, have had the opportunity to contribute on projects of varying scale, complexity and typology.

Has extensive experience in architectural practice and is well versed in design, regulatory and construction aspects.

Representative recent projects experiences includes BCA Academy IP2, New Futura, Aperia, Nexus@one-north, Plaza 8@CBP and Fernvale Riverbow.

He is with ADDP Architects LLP with over 19 years of experience in this field. He graduated from University of New South Wales (Australia) in 1995. He has been a qualified architect registered with the Board of Architects Singapore since 2003 and a member of Singapore Institute of Architects.

One of his projects, Treehouse, has been awarded the world’s largest vertical garden by Guinness World Records.

He is involved in various projects ranging from industrial, residential and commercial complexes in Singapore and Overseas. As an advocate of BCA Productivity initiatives, he oversees the construction of the first Pre-Cast Volumetric Construction (PPVC) project in Singapore.

He is appointed member of BCA PBU Screening Panel and BCA Productivity Gateway Advisory Panel.
