Seaside Residences

Seaside Residences is proud of its innovative solutions to address the new urban design challenge as the new addition to East Coast Parkway. The aim of these urban design is to safeguard a high quality environment for its residents and to rejunavate the skyline along East Coast Parkway. The four towers of 27-storey are orientated in response to the climate as well as to give residents the best panoramic sea views.  Each pair of the towers are connected by a sky terrace, a community space topped by lush gardens. The colour palette is a combination of greys, bronzes and whites respectively, offering an elegant, sleek and sophisticated outlook. Horizontal and vertical sun screen is integrated at eastern and western facade to echo the local climate. Seaside Residences is to frame 45m wide urban window and yet maintain its neighbour almost full enjoyment of the sea views.  The urban window is to ensure that Seaside Residences positively contributes to its contextual and built environment at East Coast.
