Sky Everton

42 Everton Road is a 36 storey stunning architecture tower which combines form and function. Living spaces are designed around the exception views to the North (CBD) and South (Sea), using ingenious arrangement of housing modules to maximize the views. The tower is conceptualized as 3 modules vertically, with 2 sky terraces slotted in at 14^th and 24^th Storey. Inspired by the stacking boxes of Jenga, bigger apartment units are strategically placed at upper floors. The 4 bedroom units starts from 25^th to 35^th storey while the lower floors consists of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units.

Responding to site constraints, the building is orientated true north-south and achieved full unblock views both north and south. A sleek lattice like façade screen seamlessly combines the balconies, creating a distinct architectural identity. Designed for occupants and visitors alike, the gym is situated at 14^th and function room at 24^th storey, both overlooking the sea view in a lush garden environment at the sky terraces. A 5 storey multi storey carpark is proposed to elevate the landscape above the shophouses at the north for a glimpse of the CBD view while enjoying the facilities. A feature cantilever swimming pool allows residents to enjoy their swim elevated.

The landscape is envisioned as a garden retreat in an exclusive development that offers green living near the city within a garden environment, hence extensive greenery dominate the landscape and sky gardens. The footprint of the site may be small, but the design is packed with facilities and greenery for the residents.
